My Power Page is a special service offered to our customers. This tool enables you to log on to your designated page and access services such as: meter reading, invoice overview, test billing, explanations regarding invoicing, economy reports and much more.

My Power Page is a web-based version of our customer information system, KIS. Your power page give you access to all of your specific information in the KIS system. From this site, you have the ability to change your personal data.

First Time Registration:
You are required to input your customer number and your meter number located on your invoice. You can also contact our customer service centre for this information.

Your customer number is comprised of 6-8 digits. Your customer number is the first 6-8 digits that you see on your invoice in the customer number field. Typically, your customer number will consist of several blocks of numbers separated by hyphens. Use the digits to the left of the first hyphen in the customer number field.
You will be required to type in your email address during registration in order to receive your PIN number which will be sent to you via email.

You are required to use this PIN number to log-in to your Power Page.
You will have the ability to change this PIN number at a later date.


If you have not previously used My Power Page, click on this link to provide us with the necessary information required to receive your PIN.
Forgot your PIN: Click on this link and complete the fields. Your new PIN will be sent to you via email.


Once you have received your PIN, log-in using your customer number and your PIN.
